Event Details

Late Registration (For DAY events only): 12 Noon to 12:30 PM. For those who wish to run afternoon only, registration will be open at noon for approximately one half hour. LVR normally runs 3 to 5 runs in the morning heats and 3 to 5 runs in the afternoon heats. If a driver cannot make it for the morning registration period we will have registration open at noon to accommodate those who wish to run afternoon heats only. Drivers may compete for points by running afternoons only. There will be no change in the registration fee for afternoon only runs.

Day Events: Registration opens at 7:00am / closes at 8:30am / First car out 9:00am

Night Events: Set Up starts at 4:00pm / Registration opens at 5:00pm / closes at 6:30pm / Driver’s Meeting starts at 6:45pm / First car out 7:00pm

**Note on night events: Help is always welcomed for Set Up!
Once registration is closed, it’s closed! No late entries will be accepted so get there early!

New Policy for Autocrosses: Drivers must produce a valid driver’s license when they register. SCCA members must produce a current SCCA membership card at registration to qualify for the member pricing.

Pre-registration greatly assists the event organizers in getting the events off to a fast start. Your assistance is appreciated. Remember that all Autocrosses are “Run-Work” events – meaning that if you plan to drive, plan to work – no exceptions.
